She joined the G100: Mission Million as Country Chair in #Botswana to create an equal, progressive & inclusive environment for women in Botswana and worldwide.

She is a strong community advocate for women empowerment through her active membership in LeanIn and #IamRemarkable. She is passionate about elevating women by creating a robust network that connects women through a safe environment for them to promote their sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others.

Phetso is an experienced banking and financial professional with over 10 years’ experience within the industry and currently works as Bank Branch Manager where she has steadily grown through different divisions gaining solid expertise in her field. She has completed several qualifications that includes Management Development Programme, John Maxwell Leadership Gold, Investment in Excellent, Corporate Banking Relationship Management, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, Master’s Degree in Business Analytics and she is a Certified Manager.

She is the founder of the #stayincredible Women Empowerment and Lifestyle Club, encouraging women to live life without the fear of being judged and to create a safe space for them to be their true selves. Phetso strives to empower women to embrace their vulnerability and authenticity.

Her passion also includes creating vision, executing strategy and managing cohesive teams toward aspirational goals, with a special focus on supporting women in leadership roles.
